I currently sitting in Vancouver airport, waiting to board a plane to Tokyo! Marc and I are spending a week in Tokyo and the travelling down to Nagato by the Shinkansen for Christmas. I'm passing the time playing with my Macbook ... and looking up things to do and visit (I'm thinking the Robot Museum and the Miyazaki Museum). Um... nothing much more to say - just bored and waiting. The 10 hour flight should be interesting :( Expect lots of photos on my flickr!
Marc and I have decided on a trip to Japan in December! We are going to spend four nights in Tokyo, and then travel down by Shinkansen to Nagato in the Yamaguchi prefecture. My brother-in-law is currently doing the JET programme there, and we will be spending Christmas with him. I need to start saving now! Tokyo, in particular, will kill my purse O_O Exciting!
With work being so busy at the moment, it's great to have something like this to look forward to :)
